Question: Is it easier for certain breeds of cattle to get a disease than others

Not all animals are the same and there is massive variation between breeds and even within breeds on how easy they can pick up or get diseases. Some of that variation is because of the animals genetics which means we can breed animals that are less susceptible to disease – this has great implications for animal welfare and sustainability.
