Very bad. So when you take antibiotics they can kill all the bacteria in your gut. They kill the bad bacteria which are making you sick, but they also kill the good bacteria. When you take antibiotics it takes about 3/4 weeks for all your healthy bacteria to grow again. The important thing is to make sure after antibiotics that you treat your body right by eating good food and getting the rest you need after being sick! Your good bacteria will thank you and grow to keep you healthy once more
